best youtube downloader

So I've been using the free youtube to mp3 downloader but since the last update, it has become unaccessible with jaws. The downloading of the videos seems to be working fine, but navigating to the conversion to mp3 or any other format seems to be impossible and I have tried everything including OCR with jaws 13.
Anyone know of a good, free youtube to mp3 downloader which is also accessible?

I'm using the video soft Free Youtube to MP3 converter with Window Eyes. It's pretty accessible as far as I can tell. Not only can you convert youtube videos to MP3, but you can also convert them to WMA, M4a for iPods, and other formats. It works pretty well.

ok so I downloaded free youtube to mp3 converter but unfortunately I can't find anywhere to convert the FLV/mp4 files I already had on my computer. I was using youtube downloader and they completely went unaccessible, and I wasn't able to convert the videos I downloaded with it into mp3 since that option appears to be utterly hopeless with jaws.
I even tried the convenient OCR but still nothing.
Can anyone recommend a accessible converter or if I can input the existing videos into free youtube to mp3 converter and convert them that way?

Get the KLite megga codec pack and then set windows to open your vids with gold wave.
